2. WE OFFER LONG RESERVATIONS AND LONG DOP.

3. NO CANCELLATION.
ㅤㅤIf you wish to cancel your order after receiving the order confirmation, you must pay the 50% Cancellation Fee.

4. NO REFUNDS.
ㅤㅤWe make sure that our products are securely packed.

5. CONDITIONS
ㅤㅤWe provide photos and videos about the condition of our products.

6. COURIER.
ㅤㅤWe are not part of the courier's operation. After shipping out the products, all parcels are not the courier's responsibility. Any courier mishandling, delay, or any trouble (loss or damage) that may cause inconvenience to your parcel is not the shop's fault.

7. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND.
ㅤㅤAlways make an unboxing video as proof if ever you demand a refund.

8. ADDITIONAL FEES
